This book contains memoranda from the Convento de la Madres deo Dios in Torrelaguna (Toledo archdiocese, province of Madrid). It includes notarial transcriptions of documents that the monastery found it necessary to remember, jottings of events, inventories, etc., added to cover the history of the monastery. It appears to have been destroyed in 1809, during the Peninsular War between Bourbon Spain and Napoleon Bonaparte; it was suppressed in 1835 under a royal decree suppressing monasteries...
